Information provided to us

When you request a complimentary guide, place an order, or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, selected resource, order information, and support message. Please do not send sensitive student records, payment-card details, or identification documents by email.

How information is used

We use information to deliver requested resources, process and support orders, respond to questions, maintain business records, and operate the store. If you choose to receive promotional emails, we use your email address for those messages. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages using the link in those emails. Order and resource-delivery messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill your request or purchase.

Service providers and payments

Preparation With Purpose™ does not sell customer information. Customer information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website/store, process payments, communicate with customers, and deliver purchased or requested resources.

The store uses Systeme.io for website, checkout, contact management, and email-delivery services. Payments are handled by the payment provider you select at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal. Those providers process payment information under their own policies. We receive order and payment-status information needed to support your purchase.

Cookies and technical information

The website and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, support checkout, and maintain security. Your browser provides controls for cookies; restricting cookies may affect checkout or other features.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to provide the requested services, maintain transaction records, address support needs, and meet applicable obligations. Students and families

Resources are designed for students and families. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through these forms; a parent or guardian should request resources on their behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so the request can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the store or our practices. The effective date will identify the current version.
